Unexpected results when mousing over a link in IE6

In Firefox trunk on http://demo.civicspacelabs.com/home/profile mousing over the links results in loss of the underline and changing color to red. In IE6 the underline is not removed and on mousing off it results in a double-underline on the link. All the other links on the page have a similar results except for the "Next" and "Last" links.
