Collect information using forms

Hi everybody,

this community has been great, I am building this new website and things are looking great...

right now I am looking for a way (or a module) to collect information from users.

for example...

We at our company right now have a form for people looking to get informtion and updates from us and our clients...

what I am looking for is a simple form where people can fill and once they hit submit we get the form content in an email.

the form also should have information from our node references (company lists and such that we have already populated).

also captcha verification

I don't know if I explained myself enough,,

I need to be pointed in the right direction...
