mapi_document sub-module

Ok so I suck at CVS and never bothered to set it up, so I am just going to attach the mapi_document submodule that's a piece of cake from what all you have done, I just filled in the mimetypes.

This plus the other groupings and a Taxonomy list make sorting our media now so much easier, thanks for all the field additions to the media table, indexes are great now for us.

Once I get these updated again to a stable point, I can help with the rest of the functions getting fleshed out as well.
