Nightly repackaging if new versions available

Description
I need a way repackage nightly.
For example a new recommended version of a module came out. I don't like to waste my time with selecting new versions by hand... cron should find out based on update_status info and then update to the latest module level, repackage the installation profile in a configured folder.
