Actually am having the same issue in Panels 5.x-2.0-beta3. Strangely, when you click 'edit' the title shows up... hit view/save and it goes away.

This is pretty much critical as it will destroy any SEO strategy for sites where this module is used (currently).

Sorry guys, but I need to move forward with this release. I'm pretty sure the changes I've committed for beta4 should fix any problems you were having, so I'm going to mark this fixed. Reopen if it isn't and we can manually patch things in as needed.

Hey all, just checking to see if anyone is still having this problem. My panel node override doesn't show the page title, so I figure this issue is the cause, unless I've messed up something else... ;)
