I searched for this, but every article I found refers to blocks, and not blocking people!
I just had to block a user, as they were posting spam. But i am not sure what this actually means. Can they set up a new account, or is the IP blocked? Is it possible to block the IP? What happens when they try to login? Does it say "you're blocked!"?
