Issue Summary
I get a WSOD when I enable the 5.x-1.x-dev version of 21 May 2008. Immediately upon enabling the module, admin/build/modules/confirm will not load, nor will any other pages.
Drupal 5.7
MAMP dev environment, Mac OS 10.5.2, memory_limit set to 1024M in php.ini.

I will test with the 5.x-1.2 version of 14 Mar 2008.

Update: 5.x-1.2 version of 14 Mar 2008 does not cause a WSOD.
