SugarCRM is a very versatile system all the way up to creating quotes. If you could go all the way to invoicing and billing by using Ubercart, this would be great for people that are largely e-commerce based but also have a direct sales channel. Is this the kind integration that you are referring to or are you mainly looking at leads, contacts & activities integration?

Theoretically, this would be possible but it's going to require module developers to write the CRM API hooks into their modules. Presently, it's being used to build forms for CRMs and to pass data back and forth. The modules have the ability to define as many forms as they want.
