I wanted to block any users who contained the word admin. However, I now prevent myself from accessing the system. How Do I gain admin access. Also how would I do the original required task?

Ok I found the access table is associated with your login, and deleted the %admin% field. That fixes my admin issue, however how do I prevent people (other then ME) from using admin in their user names?
