Clicking on node/add/action menu brings us back to node/add. The menu should just be disabled if it's not intended for the user.

i changed this around significantly, so there's no more node_action_form, and there's local items on each of the nodes that can get actions, which link to a confirm_form.

However, in my local copy, there's still a node/add/action in the create content menu, but it's no longer listed on the create page itself.

not sure what's up with that.

"Works here". You probably need to clear a cache of some sort. I reset my hostmaster install and the menu is gone.
