Apply input filters to result descriptions.

This module gives the admin the option to include both the node title AND a description of the node in th eresults listing.

I use BBCODE in my description but this module doesn't filter the tags at all. That means instead of seeing this:

This is a very important description of my node.

The user sees this:

This is a [b]very important[/b] description of my node.
