Hello,
Looks like the 6.x-1.0 release should be dev:
warning: Missing argument 1 for geonames_tools_menu() in /path/modules/geonames/geonames_tools.module on line 7
which cause by having $may_cache as a parameter for hook_menu...

this error was corrected immediatly -- however; making the tags and branches and releases retrieve the right stuff wasn't too easy ;)
current official stable release should be fine! ;)
