We built this site in about 5 weeks (English version). The flash nav is reads and xml sheet which is updated by drupal when changes are made to the menu. We used cck and views heavily for this one. Let us know what you think.

How were you able to get the 3 lower panels on the bottom of the frontpage ?

Actually the homepage is the one page that is not dynamic. The client wanted to change up the layout, design etc on this page often, so we figured it's easiest to just create it as a static page. So to answer your question, the bottom three panels are just static html, no magic :) I wish I had a better story to tell.

In case your wondering, we couldn't do clean URL's b/c the site runs on IIS and the client didn't want to mess around with htaccess simulators.

Nice site, good use of flash. The interactive bullet-time is something I hadn't seen before, pretty cool. WSIB seems to have a knack for hiring talent.
