I'm looking for a developer to help wrap up a project. This project is suitable for someone learning drupal development, as the majority of the work is done, and I will continue to oversee the project and give guidance. The rate hasn't been settled yet, but is likely to be around $35 per hour (Cdn). The project is probably not suitable for a total beginner, as you will need some familiarity with the drupal api.
