when thinking about a new sites and theme for a site.. are there any consideration i need to think about for the theme developers to incorporate into the design..
or once the Node/Blocks are "themed" do they just cover everything ?
Im wanting to do a website but havent quite narrowed it down in my mind exactly the features what i want.. I want to get a theme designed and coded but .. are there any considerations i need to take into "consideration" :0 before i get the theme designed ?

i guess i could have diffferent colord blocks and nodes.. or would that be crazy complicated ?

Try writing down a specification (as much or as little as you can), then sending it to a developer. They'll at least be able to tell you what more information they need.
