I have a site with x groups of visitors:

- Anonymous, can only see some of the pages. (Frontpage, contact page etc)
- Site members, they have created an account an can see the things "ano" can and a few more pages.
- Gold Site members pay for their membership and can see "everything".

The access rules has to be on the page/node itself, how do I do that? I've been looking at content types but can't find any thing with access their...

There are a few modules that will let you do this. Personally, I like 'Content Access', but you may want to check out the "User access/authentication" modules to see if there is something better suited.

Don't forget to rebuild your permissions once you have set everything up.
