It is all about theming, but you should have the knowledge about css then only your work will become simple. Or you just forward your requirements to me, I will try for you.

Well tell me the best way to learn drupal... Where should i start from i have good knowledge about Html and CSS... I can even manage with php... Can you just guide me with the best starter to drupal... I have purchased all the drupal books...

As per my opinion....
you can start by "create content" either page or story, and set home page
then you can test "Primary links",under menus.
Rather than studying books as new user, just test all the links
(but I preferred such as "Create content",
"content",
"menus",
under menus "Primary links" ,
"site-information",
"themes",
"content types",
"modules",
"Blocks",
"Access control(permissions)", then remaining links)
in your drupal then you can start drupal with your books or the drupal documentation(http://drupal.org/getting-started/5).
After that you can install modules cck,views and learn those modules.
Through my instructions you can learn an overview of Drupal only
