I have registered a 'pastk' account at drupal.org several days ago, but still didn't receive a confirmation email. I tried 'forget your password' feature several times and no luck.

As a temporary workaround I registered an account at drupal.ru and logged in drupal.org with it.
And I already have submitted some issues to different projects.

But I want to use my originally intended user name ('pastk') and email - of course, I can not change it and get 'this username/email is already used by another account'.

Please, delete the unconfirmed 'pastk' account so that I can use this username and associated email address in my current account.
