Description
When I use IMCE through the TinyMCE editor to add an image or add a link, a dialog window pops up. The dialog is initially a reasonable size, but, it immediately resizes to be much smaller and the entry fields become obscured. How I can control (turn off) the resize?

This issue is preventing the use of IMCE on our site, thus the priority is being changed from Normal to Critical.

IMCE has nothig to do with tinymce's popup size. Are you sure this is an IMCE issue?
You may consider using inline-popups plugin for tinymce.

Re-assign to TinyMCE project as per ufku's feedback.
