Description

I just installed the image.module and I am not able to utilize it because the error states 'node/add/image denied access'. I have tried to change the permissions in the 'file/images' folder, but it was written by the database and the permissions cannot be changed. I then tried to create my own folder called 'images2/temp' and change the default image path to this folder (with permissions I can control), but that didn't work either. Any ideas you have are appreciated. Thanks.

your apache or other server must have read and write access to that directory. Are you sure that is the case?
