SmartIRC without PEAR causes failure

Gurpartap Singh writes: "That problem's only when you don't install Net SmartIRC via PEAR. Rather just place the SmartIRC files and point bot_start.php to them. And because bot_log is looking for them in it's own directory, the problems are occuring." Ideally, there should be an advanced setting for manual setting of the directory, and then the code would use that as the seed for include_once.
