Here's a quick patch that comments out "developing nations", makes public domain default choice, and adds "all rights reserved" to reflect the full spectrum of rights http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Spectrumofrights_Comic1

These were changes we made for a specific application, that will eventually be part of a publicly-released installation profile. Feedback and criticism appreciated

changed our minds about one thing, and reverted back to "Choose one" as the default choice, in this patch

phd, let me see if we can add that soon. I agree that it could be useful to make a default choice per user, and a default per site set by admins, depending on community using drupal site.

Also, could be cool to be able to add in other licenses, allow users to dual-license, etc. I'll come up with some patches for all of this..
