Did you get anywhere with this? I'm trying this in a block on the user page (I want a view that has a table with the node title and the author).

I get to the argument "*Buddylist: Usernode is buddy of UID" but then I'm supposed to select the user - which wont work in this context.

Is there an argument that would work?

I believe you need Usernode module to do this.

Update: Sorry for that, I did not realize you already have Usernode...
