Related content teasers also showing in listing of the content

So I have related content set up to show the teasers of the related content at the end of a node. But say, if I look at a view of all the node types (displayed as teasers) the related content teasers also show up there as well, so you'll have like three teasers of the same nodes because teasers are tacked onto other teasers.
