Hello NG,

does someone know if there is any way to "log in as Another user"

module maybe ?

the hangup is to create initial posts or adjust subscriptions for other users.

or replay some scenarios happens for "others"

Well if you have certain permissions, you can set the author of the node (look at the options towards the bottom of the node/add form - "Authoring Information" fieldset). There's also the masquerade module.

A new option for Drupal 7 is the Login as Other module, which allows users that are logged in as one user to enter the username and password of another user account and log in as that user. This can be more beneficial than the way Masquerade works if you don't want to give certain users permission to act on behalf of other users without entering their passwords.
