Is there any kind of module that lets you write a description and help text for each role?

Ideally, I'd like to have a single page, say at /help, that displays sections for each role, tailored to the current user -- a bit like the Compose Tips page at /filter/tips that shows you only the input formats you have access to.

So I made one :)
