Hello
I run a site where i only want my customer to register or request invitation
For now, request invitation only need an email so i don't know who is the requester and why they want to register.
I would like to have a bloc to offer Request Invitation teaser and then it will open Request Invitation page with extended (CCK ?) field like name / phone / small message so that admin can decide to allow invite or not.
So Request Invitation will be a mix of a Contact Form & Invite

I would also like the ability to have some more information on who is asking to be on our site.
First and Last Name
Company Name
User Role ie: CEO, Admin, Buyer, Etc
Quick desc, on they would like to join or see the site.
