Hello everyone!

I have a Drupal 6.2 working installation that I would like to migrate from MySQL to PostgreSQL. Reasons are that I much prefer PostgreSQL rather than MySQL but this installation was not on my server and on that server I only had MySQL. Now I am moving it to my server, where I have everything I have with PostgreSQL only.

Could anyone please share hints and experiences, and perhaps post a few useful links? Is it all about dumping the MySQL database and restoring that dump on PostgreSQL (perhaps applying to Find & Replace, or regular expressions, to the file before the restore)? Or is there a way provided by Drupal for these things to be done, like exporting to a generic format like XML?

Thanks in advance.
