How to theme a view?

I am using Drupal 6.x, there is no "Wizard" for Views on 6.x.
I'm looking to switch a few fields around and put them into DIV's I can format, etc.

I didn't know if I was phrasing the question incorrectly, just surprised by the silence on these forums.
Views for 6.x is in beta. So
Views for 6.x is in beta. So I don't know how many people are using it. Personally I wouldn't put a beta on a production site. Maybe their still looking for volunteers to help with beta testing.

Yeah, I should have known better. What I was doing was so simple, however, I thought I could get away with it. I think the right answer here is go to Drupal 5 or write my own block that pulls info from the database.
