Drupal6: easy inline images?

I was wondering what people's recommendations are for getting images inline or at least displayed by default for anon. users on drupal 6. Simplest way? I'm just creating a basic business site, so I don't need a lot of the bells and whistles that drupal uses for community sites. I was going to create a nice interface for the content creator for the site to add contact, automatically set up menus and put in images, but I'm wondering if there is any easier way to do images now in Drupal 6 compared to Drupal 5?
