Hello,

I have a site which is developed in html by using dreamwever tool. I want to convert this site into drupal.
if this site converted into drupal the view of this site is look like previous.
How can i do this

By building your own theme.
Copy a simple drupal theme, and rebuild it like your site by changing the html and css.

You must learn how to create drupal template. If you want to learn this, look at zen theme: http://drupal.org/project/zen.
