Custom Module Development: OG Avatar

I don't feel like doing this myself, so I want to pay someone else to create a custom module that allows Organic Groups to have their own avatar, just like user profiles. I tried just enabling image attachments to the OG nodes, but that looks stupid and doesn't really serve the function I want. And besides, it's just an image.

A couple of things: I want this module added to the community when it's done. As for the functionality, each group should be able to upload its avatar upon creation. The avatar should be visible in the group listing page also.

After this module is done, I will be paying for other OG modules that I think will help the community a lot, but I want to do this one step at a time.
