Hi i want to create a front page

Hi all i wanna insert "page-front.tpl.php" file in my active theme directory .. but i wanna know what all to include in that file! pls help me with useful links and suggestions.. "page-front.tpl.php" creates a front page..

copy page.tpl.php call it page-front.tpl.php and begin altering as you wish.

Have you come across Google? A search on 'learning php' might throw up some pointers. Worth a try.

Essentially you won't be adding any PHP if you use and move what is already there in page.tpl.php
you will be using HTML and CSS
