Whenever I flush a preset, I get an error on rmdir:

warning: rmdir(C:\wamp\www\ubertest\files\imagecache\product) [function.rmdir]: Directory not empty in C:\wamp\www\ubertest\sites\all\modules\imagecache\imagecache.module on line 680.

Windows (Vista) says the folder is empty, even of hidden files, so I call it a bug.

not obvious but: #259220: "permission denied" when deleting directories on Windows
