After finding this myself, I saw this listed in a thread for another issue. It is unclear if it was already fixed, so I am logging it as a stand-alone issue.

Link to 'Pathauto settings' from 'Create Content > [content type] > URL path settings is invalid (currently points to /admin/settings/pathauto)

Also… documentation at http://groups.drupal.org/node/11064 says 'called ""Automated alias settings""' may want to mention this is a Tab under Administer > Site building > URL aliases"

The link is fixed in 6.x-1.x. If you want to speed up the release of 6.x-1.1, please take a look at http://groups.drupal.org/node/11551 and help getting those issues fixed by testing their patches.

I've changed the text on http://groups.drupal.org/node/11064 - if you don't feel it's an adequate change, do edit it yourself! It's a wikipage! :)

It seems after i have enabled path auto in my site, there are two columns on my site (used for blocks), these columns have shifted below the content. how do i fix this css issue? is the long url which gets generated, is causing this problem in anyway?
