On a linux host....
You will need 2 things: access to the apache configuration and the files.
Then,
Download and untar the latest drupal. This will create a directory that you need to refer to in apache. Within that directory, there should be a directory called sites. In that directory, you will find the *default* directory. To create a new site, copy the directory and its contents to the domain name of the new site. Using example.com and files.example.com, your file structure would look like this:

what i do and what i need
i need multisite with autosign on(it means shared users and when login to one site its after switching to another one autologin to it)
my sites on subdomains
i try setup by drupal manuals and by instructions above( i cut that themes and files folder copy steps, just make main steps)
everything goes fine execpt every new site ask me create admin account - is it ok or smt wrong?
here is config from main default settings.php:
