Fresh installed module, when enabled the Menubg.png does not show up as it should (Dark Blue), instead it shows up as light blue and the margins are extended out past the borders of the theme.

See attached Screen Shot.. I have circled the edges to illustrate the point..

I have deleted the theme and reinstalled it fresh from the Drupal site... the result is the same..

Browser is IE7

Before it gets' asked the patch as per the readme is installed.. The Result is the Same..

I believe this is not a bug. When no menu items are defined in primary links, there will be no menu. The Ubiquity theme is designed to have primary links.
