Cannot View Member of OG

I am using Drupal V.5.7 with OG

Everything is working fine except:
Only user who are members of a particular OG can view its members. Other even though they are authorized users cannot view any of the members of those OGs of which they are not subscribed to.

But i need everybody to view the members of all the OG.

How can it be made possible.

Please help.
