hello,
how can I achieve what's shown on your sample page http://aardbodem.nl/?q=node/34 ?
It looks like the map shows markers that come from other nodes in your site.
Running Mapping kit 6.x-1.x-dev (2008-May-27) I have a new field in all nodes "Location" where I can enter lat/long values.
As I understand it, those locations should become GeoRSS items in the Taxonomy-RSS-feeds. Looking at my feeds, there is no GeoRSS data in there yet - although I have put in lat/lon values on some nodes.
The functionality that you show in your example is very close to what I want to achieve: have a map with markers where each marker links to a node (actually a book page).
Guess your web site runs on code that is not yet available in the download on drupal.org? Looking forward to your future work. This looks really promising :)
Jens

jpulles commentedThe sample page shows a map context with a drupal taxonomy feed on top of it. This feed for term 'nl' contains locations in georss format for wms and context nodes.
On ?q=admin/mappingkit/general you can enable rss and select the format.
Actually, the map site runs older code than what is available on drupal.org. I only want to update the code there when it is stable enough.
