Description
here is the sequence :
a guest user is reading the page. ... decides to register ... clicks the link... gets the registration form... fills and submits ... registratin successful ... is redirected to original page where he was ... that happens to be the cached page ... and hence the user does not get to read the success message, that the email has been sent with further instructions.
