Currently ther is no CCK_Create_Install module for 6 because I heard rumors that the CCK module for 6 would have better impoert/export functionality which would solve the problem.

Since CCK and view betas are now available for 6 I will be developing more sites using Drupal 6 and if the import/export does not meet my needs I will port this module to 6.
