Not able to index and search webfm File Manager folder using swish-e

Swish-e is working fine and able to index & show words from the documents from the assigned folder in command prompt. In fact it is creating index.swish-e file in bin folder of swish-e installation. It is able to index and search pdf, doc, xls,txt files.

But drupal is not able to use it for indexing or searching words from webfm file manager folders. Even after using all sort of patches available in internet (like changing $baseurl properties etc.). We must be missing something in swish.module and swish.integration.inc files inside module folder under drupal website.
It is difficult to know whether it is indexing from frontend of drupal as it is not throwing any error. Searching for text in pdf file also not showing any output.

Plz help it is very urgent as we have lost so much of time for it.
