A feature that we would like to see is a text area to cut/paste citations for importing in addition to the current file import. Our library's federated search application has an option to display RIS citations of selected articles before exporting. With a little bit of additional code, I have been able to crudely use a textarea field to cut and paste this information and import. An added bonus is that Zotero citations can simply be dragged and dropped into the textarea (when set to export in RIS format). I've also added a text area that allows for adding a tag to all the imported items.

Would this feature be widely used enough to be worth adding to this great module?

Yes, I was working on something like this also. If you already have some working code, by all means please share it, and I'll make sure it gets into the next release.
