Hi all,

I'm building a Drupal 5 site that's going to offer a few free PDF downloads. I'd like to offer these without requiring any kind of login--just click on a link and the PDF downloads to the user's computer.

Are there any security issues I should be aware of in doing this? I'd like to avoid forcing logins or captcha-ing if possible.

no there is no "added" security issues with doing something like this. Just insure that you've set yoru permssions properly in administer -> access control for the anon user role.
