Image upload problem

Hello,
I'm having a problem with the fck editor. The editor appears and all functions are working. But i can't upload pictures.
When i want to create a new folder with the recources browser it says that i don't have the right permissions.
About the installation:
I'm using drupal 6.2
Module fck editor 6x 1.2-1
Fck editor versiion 2.6
Module has been placed in sites/all/modules/fckeditor/fckeditor/
I did the following changes to config.php
<?php
require_once "../../../../../filemanager.config.php";
$Config['UserFilesAbsolutePath'] = '' ;
?>and
<?php
$Config['Enabled'] = true ;
?>The roles are also correctly been set.
Someone with some advice please ?

Same problem with fckeditor
I echo this....
Can't get the dang thing to upload a tiny image from my computer...
Can anyone solve this?
