If possible, could there be a way to disable the [Configure block] and [Configure view] links that appear in mini-panels. On our site, we are using a nodecarousel embedded in a mini-panel (tabs panel style) and the "Prev" link (which moves the Nodecarousel backward) cannot be clicked by users who have the "administer blocks" privilege.

My apologies if this request has been made before for another reason. I think I may have seen a similar issue in the queue for Views 2.
