Can you please provide some more information (on the project home page) detailing what will make this the "NG" of Adsense? Right now there's nothing to help people understand how this will be different which is confusing to end users.

Sorry to have taken so long to reply to this..

I created this module at a time when I was forking the Adsense module. That module's maintainer has however agreed to my 'fork' replacing the original module, so we are developing it (for now) in the original module (#265666: Refactor the Adsense module for Drupal 6.x).

If that goes OK, I will delete this module. If for some reason, I prefer to maintain my own fork, it will reside in this area.

What makes it 'NG'? It cuts away a lot that isn't working anymore in the original module, replaces the monolithical code with a set of modules so that users only enable what they need, and is a whole lot easier to read than the original.

I was granted CVS access on the original AdSense module, so I deleted the NG module.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to find a cooperative solution. I think that will provide the best solution for Drupal's users.
