MP4 is a legitimate video extension and should be supported, but what player HTML should we use?

I agree with this..

We could use only an embed tag.
Then the browsers will load default plugin for it.

or let administrator define a default player for mp4

.mp4 extension support has been added for Quicktime. This could still evolve in the future.
