Hi - I love the idea of the Comment Notify module and really want to use it. However my site gets pounded with spam and since your module appears to run before the spam/mollom/akismet modules run, it just won't work - any spam that makes it through mollom sends out the email even if the spam module catches it.

Is there a way to modify this module to run hourly? I'd pay for the edits - this is a very important module but with the spam it just doesn't work - my readers are mad.

while i love drupal, it's things like this that get me frustrated - i have to believe any site my size or larger has similar spam issues.

yeah, i'm having the same problem on my site... i don't want to get rid of comment-notify but i really don't like the idea of passing spam along to my reader's (even worse, commenter's) inboxes!
