I'm trying to use the personal accounts feature of OpenID URL and I enabled the module and added my data to the My Account page. I then go and try to login at another Web site using my account URL alias and it tells me that my OpenID is not valid. It's spelled correctly and all the data has been inputted in My Account.

Make sure anonymous users can view user profile pages.
